Decision: That the application by Safer Streets, London Borough of Brent, to review the premises licence for ‘Moonbay’ (1-2 Court Parade, East Lane, HA0 3HY) pursuant to the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 be adjourned.

As this was the second time that this application had been adjourned, the premises licence holder was advised that should their legal representative or supporters fail to attend a future hearing, the Sub-Committee may be minded to hear the application in their absence.
