Application by Brazilian Beef Ltd for a premises licence for 'Brazilian Beef' (112 Craven Park Road, London, NW10 8QD) pursuant to the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 Decision: that the application by Brazilian Beef Ltd for a premises licence for ‘Brazilian Beef’ (112 Craven Park Road, London, NW10 8QD) pursuant to the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 be granted.
The Alcohol and Entertainment Licensing Sub-Committee (A) felt that there was insufficient evidence to support the view that the application would undermine the promotion of the licensing objectives (prevention of crime and disorder, prevention of public nuisance, public safety and protection of children from harm) and accordingly approved the application.

Application by John Lyon Pub and Club for a variation of the premises licence for 'Mumbai Junction' (231 Watford Road, Harrow, HA1 3TU) pursuant to the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 Decision: That the application by John Lyon Pub for a variation of the premises licence for ‘Mumbai Junction’ (231 Watford Road, Harrow, HA1 3TU) pursuant to the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 be adjourned.
The Alcohol and Entertainment Licensing Sub-Committee (A) felt that in the absence of the applicant, the application should be adjourned to allow the applicant to address the concerns raised by the public safety officer on the grounds of public safety and therefore reserves the right to bring back to a licensing sub-committee should issues remain outstanding. The sub-committee also stated that the applicant should be advised that should they fail to attend a future hearing for whatever reason, then the application may be considered in their absence.
