1.	Apologies for absence (if any) Minutes: Apologies for absence were received from Councillors Allie, Harrison, Jones, Ms Shaw and Stopp.
2.	Declarations of interests Members are invited to declare at this stage of the meeting, any relevant personal and prejudicial interests and disclosable pecuniary interests in any matter to be considered at this meeting. Minutes: None declared.
3.	Minutes of the previous meeting PDF 58 KB Minutes: RESOLVED that the minutes of the previous meeting, held on 24 May 2017, be approved as an accurate record of the meeting.
4.	Appointments to Sub-Committees PDF 34 KB Members are asked to approve the proposed appointments to Alcohol and Licensing Sub-Committees as tabled (highlighted in purple). Minutes: RESOLVED: That the following changes to Alcohol and Entertainment Licensing Sub-Committees be made: (i) Councillor Khan to be appointed as a member to Alcohol and Entertainment Licensing Sub-Committee (C) to replace Councillor Hector. (ii) Councillor Khan to be appointed as a substitute member to Alcohol and Entertainment Licensing Sub-Committee (A) to replace Councillor Hector. (iii) Councillor Khan to be appointed as a substitute member to Alcohol and Entertainment Licensing Sub-Committee (B) to replace Councillor Hector.
