This report seeks Cabinet’s approval of Brent's Rent Setting Policy. The policy establishes the framework through which rents for Housing Revenue Account (HRA) properties will be set, reviewed and varied in accordance with the Regulator of Social Housing's Rent Standard 2026 and associated guidance.
