Apologies for absence were received from Councillor Gallagher with Councillor Ahmadi-Moghaddam substituting.

Apologies for absence were also received from Councillor Lorber, who had registered to speak in relation to item 4. Given that Councillor Lorber had previously organised a petition objecting to the planning application and would therefore be unable to participate in the Committee's discussion or vote, Councillor Georgiou attended as his substitute for the duration of the meeting.
