This report provides an update on key issues of the tender process such as highlights of the proposed specification, confirmation of the final scope of the contract, agreement of the evaluation criteria and details of the governance arrangements.
Decision:
that approval be given to the pre-tender considerations for the proposed Parking Services contract as set out in section 4 of the report as per requirement of Contract Standing Order 89 (Pre-tender Consideration).
Minutes:
The report from the Director of Environment and Neighbourhood Services provided an update on key issues of the tender process for the Parking Services contract, a joint initiative with other West London Alliance members, such as highlights of the proposed specification, confirmation of the final scope of the contract, agreement of the evaluation criteria and details of the governance arrangements. The Director drew attention to the pre-tender considerations as set out in the report which were also before the Executive for approval.
RESOLVED:-
that approval be given to the pre-tender considerations for the proposed Parking Services contract as set out in section 4 of the report from the Director of Environment and Neighbourhood Services as per requirement of Contract Standing Order 89 (Pre-tender Consideration).
