Decision:
Having noted the amendment to paragraph 3.4.3 of the report to correct the tenure type of the breakdown of the 294 affordable housing units to ‘172 London Affordable Rent, 91 Intermediate, 31 Social Rent’, Cabinet RESOLVED:
(1) To note the content of the report and approve the Brent Infrastructure Funding Statement 2024-25 for publication on the Council’s website.
