This report updates members on recent treasury activity.
Decision:
that the report, which has also gone to the Audit Committee, be noted and that it be recommended to Full Council.
Minutes:
Councillor Butt introduced the report that updated Members on recent treasury activity and sought approval to recommend the report to Full Council. Councillor Butt advised that the council had been awarded preferred creditor status with regard to deposits from Glitnir Bank and it was anticipated that a proportion of the deposit would be returned in the next six weeks.
