Issue - meetings

Before formally opening the meeting, the Mayor took the opportunity to welcome everyone to the online Annual Council meeting and invited Carolyn Downs (as Chief Executive) to outline the programme for the evening and run through the guidance issued in relation to the conduct of the meeting.  Having noted the outline provided, the Mayor then moved on to the formal agenda.
