This report sets out the outcome of consultation over the review of the Council’s Statement of Licensing Policy under the Licensing Act 2003 and recommends changes to that policy.
Decision:
that approval be given to the report from the Director of Environment and Neighbourhood Services and to the adoption of the proposed changes to the Statement of Licensing Policy.
