RESOLVED that:
14.1 The contract for Upgrade of CCTV Equipment - Supplies and Services be awarded to Tyco Fire and Integrated Solutions (UK) Ltd. for a period of two years with a possible one year extension for a maximum sum of £2.3m dependant on the specific CCTV equipment required on individual sites during installation.

Councillor Miller stated that this report summarises the process undertaken in tendering this contract and, following the completion of the evaluation of the tenders, recommends that Members award the contract for Upgrade of CCTV Equipment - Supplies and Services to Tyco Fire and Integrated Solutions (UK) Ltd.
