Purpose:
The Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) is a grant fund administered by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) that aims to support Registered Providers of social housing with making improvements to the energy performance of their housing stock. This decision seeks approval to submit an application for the current wave of funding for works to support energy efficiency improvements to housing stock.
