The report advises members about the impact of the changes to the DPPP assessment criteria made in December 2003.Members’ approval is sought to commence consultations with key stakeholders on a permit scheme which will enable the implementation of ‘personalised’ parking places for Blue Badge holders who have satisfied the Council’s assessment criteria for Disabled Persons’ Parking Places (DPPP’s).
