Summary
This report introduces Brent’s Adult Learning Plan 2003/4.
The Plan is the key document by which the local authority will
secure funding from the Learning and Skills Council for Adult and
Community Learning.The Executive are recommending to the Council
that the Plan be approved. (Note: It will be necessary to move a
