Summary
This report sets out the progress that has been achieved in
establishing Brent’s first youth parliament (BYP) since the
proposal gained Full Council approval in November 2006. The report
evaluates the performance and impact of the youth parliament
against the terms of reference agreed by the Constitutional Working
Group in October 2006. Members are requested to note the progress
of BYP and note the recommendations for change proposed by the
