Recovering costs of events in Brent's parks

To approve a set of charges which will contribute towards covering the costs incurred in assisting community groups and organisations comply with legislative and health and safety requirements necessary when hosting events in Brent’s parks and open spaces given the significant increase in the number of groups and organisations wishing to hold their own events following the reduction in the number of events directly organised by the council.
