“Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information)".

2) When the decision is to be made

3) Reason why it is impracticable to defer the decisions until the correct amount of notice for exempt information can be included on the forward plan.
It would be impracticable to defer because there would not be an adequate implementation period to ensure continuity of services. A lack of continuity would adversely impact on current pensioners, active members and deferred members of the Brent Local Government Pension Scheme.
