This report provides an update on the 3-council ICT Shared Service established in November 2017. The first phase of the Southwark transition to the Shared Service has been completed successfully, and we have now started work on the second phase. This report covers both the overall performance of the service over its first two months, as well as an outline of the plans for the second phase of the transition.
