The second application for a Temporary Event Notice is for 3 June 2012 and is described as a Kenyan wedding party and the applicant is seeking to operate from 00:00 until 03:00 the following day. Decision: that the application by Jessal Shah for a Temporary Event Notice for ‘Crystal Community Centre’ (2 Agate Close, London, NW10 7FJ) for 3 June 2012 be adjourned.
The Alcohol and Entertainment Licensing Sub-Committee (A) acknowledged that the applicant had failed to submit a Form 696 to the police and nor had he responded to concerns raised by the Council’s Environmental Health Unit. However, in view of the police’s suggestion that they would re-consider their representation if a Form 696 was submitted, and in order to give the applicant time to address both the police and Environmental Health representations and to submit a Form 696 to the police, the sub-committee decided that the application be adjourned to 29 May 2012 to provide sufficient time for this to take place. The sub-committee noted that the applicant had withdrawn their application for the Temporary Event Notice due to take place on 25 May 2012.
