To approve the variation of the contract with Karasuevic Carson Architects for the Hereford and Exeter scheme in South Kilburn to cover services under RIBA Plan of Works stages 2-3.
Reasons for the decision:
To enable the appointment of the current architect lead multi-disciplinary team to lead on the works identified in relation to the inclusion of Granville Park in the Hereford & Exeter Scheme.
Alternative options considered:
None – the reprovision of a new architect lead multidisciplinary lead team at this stage would result in an increase in fees and time delay to the project and is in accordance with the Council’s Contract Standing Orders.
