That the Lead Member for Housing and Welfare Reform, following consultation with the Leader of the Council, agrees for the Council to undertake a public consultation exercise regarding proposals to make designations for additional licensing of private residential housing for the whole of the borough of Brent and for selective licensing of private residential housing for certain wards and areas in the borough of Brent.
