That the Strategic Director of Regeneration and Environment, pursuant to Cabinet resolution dated 12 February 2018, appropriate the land, which includes Housing land within the meaning of the Housing Act 1985, to land held for planning purposes under section 203 of the Housing and Planning Act 2016, in accordance with section 122 of the Local Government Act 1972.
Reasons for the decision:
To commence the redevelopment of the Peel site
which includes: Peel Precinct, 97-112 Carlton House, 8-14 Neville
Close, 2A Canterbury Road and Peel site garages as part of the
South Kilburn Estate Regeneration Programme.
Alternative options considered:
N/A - the decision is in accordance with the
delegation granted by Cabinet (12 February 2018) and follows on
from a public consultation and consideration of the necessary legal
